Why We Built This Site
Georgia gives the public broad access to many court records. The hard part is figuring out which office holds the file you want. In Gwinnett County, Tiana P. Garner's Clerk of Court serves Superior, State, Magistrate, and Juvenile courts, while Probate Court and Recorder's Court handle their own case types. The Sheriff's Office manages jail records, and Georgia agencies such as DDS, GBI, and GDC hold separate state records.
